My weekly goal is 50k steps on the treadmill, plus whatever natural steps I get.
Daily steps are often under-reported by 4k or more since:
- I don’t always keep my phone on me and
- sometimes do a good bit of my steps for the week away from the treadmill.
Cycling
A long-term goal is to get back into cycling more.
Per my math, my ~12 mile Shelby Bottoms loop is equivalent to ~10k steps.
